PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

We often hit limits not because we lack intelligence or willpower, but because stress, unresolved patterns, and old survival strategies show up in the moments that matter most: critical decisions, performance pressure, communication breakdowns, and life transitions.

These private sessions offer a space to work with what's actually happening in your body, your nervous system, and your inner world. Through somatic practices, breathwork, and depth-oriented inquiry, this work helps you build capacity for regulation, clarity, and sustainable performance—not just in theory, but in the reality of your daily life.

This is practical work for real people with real-world challenges. Whether you're navigating professional complexity, personal transition, or simply seeking greater alignment between who you are and how you're living, these sessions meet you where you are.

THIS WORK IS FOR YOU IF YOU ARE…

✺ An executive or leader navigating complexity, change, or high responsibility

✺ A professional experiencing burnout, plateau, or performance anxiety

✺ Someone in healthcare, caregiving, or other high-demand environments

✺ A parent balancing multiple roles and seeking grounded decision-making

✺ A high achiever committed to sustainable performance, not depletion

✺ Anyone working through relationship challenges, life transitions, or creative blocks

✺ Someone seeking deeper self-awareness and personal growth

You don't need prior experience with somatic therapy, breathwork or yoga. Every session is tailored to your goals, comfort level, and what's actually alive for you.

CORE PRINICPLES

Core principles that guide our work together include:

Growth and learning happen at the edges of awareness and identity. The most profound shifts occur when we work with what's just beyond our current understanding.

Seemingly bad things can sometimes be the best things. Symptoms, struggles, and "problems" often carry important information and unexpected gifts.

Reality is multi-dimensional. There are always multiple perspectives and levels of truth at play.

You don't have to know anything to begin. Your inner wisdom is already present; this work helps you access it.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO ACHIEVE

Through our work together, clients often:

Uncover what's holding you back. Identify the patterns, beliefs, and survival strategies that no longer serve you.

Find purpose in your pain. Transform obstacles into learning and increase your sense of empowerment.

Connect the dots. Make sense of your story by understanding how different parts of your life experience fit together.

Stay connected with yourself. Maintain presence and clarity even in the midst of crisis and uncertainty.

Experience greater regulation under stress. Develop tools to stay present rather than reactive in high-stakes situations.

Communicate with more clarity. Express yourself more directly, groundedly, and confidently.

Make better decisions. Access instinct and clear choice with less noise and reactivity.

Build sustainable performance. Develop resilience and stamina without burnout or depletion.

Deepen your relationship with yourself. Strengthen the connection between body, mind, emotion, and spirit.

MY APPROACH

The relationship between us is the most important ingredient in successful work together. If we don't jive, if you don't feel my genuine regard and respect for who you are, the work won't work.

Each session looks different, depending on you and what you need. Sometimes you talk and I listen. Sometimes I offer direct guidance or advice. We might work with your dreams, body sensations, voice, movement, or drawing. Or if you don't like that stuff, we don't do any of it. You can laugh, you can cry, we can get loud or stay silent. Our time together is often profound and rarely boring

I bring a lifelong commitment to my own growth, professional development, and continuing education. I bring all of my awareness and attention. I am compassionate, direct, serious, quirky, and kind. I have an openness and capacity to be interested in both ordinary and uncommon problems.

This work can be short-term—focused on addressing a specific issue or solving a problem—or ongoing, supporting deeper personal growth and awareness over time.

HOW WE WORK: THE PRACTICES

This work draws from rich traditions of healing and self-discovery. While these practices have distinct roots, we work with them as a unified whole, weaving together what's needed based on where you are and what wants to emerge.

BREATHWORK

The breath is a bridge between body and spirit, between conscious and unconscious. This practice draws from ancient yogic traditions of pranayama and transformational breathwork techniques designed for purification, integration, and healing.

When we breathe with intention, we access the body's intelligence, soften the nervous system's survival patterns, and reconnect with our inner knowing. Breathwork helps us integrate fragmented experiences and return to wholeness.

Breathwork helps you:

✺ Calm anxiety and regulate stress in real time

✺ Increase energy and clear stagnation when life feels heavy

✺ Deepen self-awareness and presence

✺ Build emotional resilience and capacity to stay with difficulty

✺ Process and release trauma held in the body

✺ Access clarity, insight, and connection to something greater

This is both practical and profound—a natural, accessible practice that nourishes your nervous system while opening doors to emotional healing and spiritual connection.

SOMATIC PRACTICE

Our stories live not just in our minds, but in our bodies—in the tension in our shoulders, the tightness in our chest, the way we hold ourselves or collapse inward. Somatic practice engages the body as the primary gateway to healing and transformation.

I am months away from being certified in Core Energetics, a dynamic body-centered approach that combines movement, breath, sound, and emotional expression to help release what's been held and reconnect with your natural aliveness. This work also draws from principles found in Internal Family Systems and Processwork—approaches that recognize the intelligence of symptoms, the multiplicity of the psyche, and the profound wisdom available at the edges of our awareness.

Core components include:

Body-Centered Awareness. Learning to track sensation, pattern, and impulse in the body—and use that information to make clearer choices and shift long-held physiological responses.

Movement & Expression. Using movement, sound, and physical expression to release tension, access emotion, and allow what's been suppressed to be safely felt and integrated.

Working with Parts. Recognizing that we're made up of multiple aspects—protectors, inner children, conflicting voices—and learning to meet each part with compassion and curiosity rather than judgment.

Symptoms as Messengers. Approaching physical symptoms, addictive patterns, extreme emotions, and relationship struggles not as problems to fix, but as meaningful communications from the deeper self.

Edge Work. Exploring what lives just beyond your current awareness or comfort zone—where growth, creativity, and transformation naturally occur.

This integrated somatic approach helps you:

  • Release tension and energetic blocks stored in your tissues

  • Express emotions that have been suppressed or held back

  • Connect more deeply with your body and inner truth

  • Heal core wounds and nervous system patterns

  • Access greater aliveness, flow, and alignment between mind, body, and spirit

  • Develop self-trust, clarity, and the capacity to respond rather than react

By engaging the body as the gateway to healing, this practice helps you feel more fully, express more authentically, and live with greater presence and purpose.

YOGA

In its truest sense, yoga is a complete system for self-realization—a path toward understanding who you are beyond the roles you play and patterns you've inherited.

The classical tradition recognizes four main paths: Raja (meditation and self-mastery), Jnana (wisdom and inquiry), Bhakti (devotion and heart), and Karma (selfless action and service). In practice, these paths naturally interweave.

Our work together draws from all four—integrating movement, breath, philosophical inquiry, heart-centered practice, and embodied ethics into daily life.

This includes:

Asana (Physical Practice): Mindful movement that supports regulation, alignment, and the integration of body and mind.

Pranayama (Breath Practice): The science of breath as a tool for nervous system regulation, energy cultivation, and expanded awareness.

Philosophy & Self-Study (Svadhyaya): Exploring the wisdom teachings of yoga—not as dogma, but as living principles that illuminate the nature of suffering, freedom, and consciousness.

Meditation & Contemplation (Dhyana): Practices that quiet the mind, open the heart, and create space for direct experience of your essential nature.

Ethical Living (Yamas & Niyamas): Principles for how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world—cultivating integrity, non-harming, truthfulness, contentment, and discipline.

 It invites you into:

  • A deeper relationship with your body as a vehicle for wisdom and presence

  • Greater capacity for stillness, clarity, and inner peace

  • Understanding of the patterns of mind that create suffering and the practices that lead to freedom

  • Connection to something larger than yourself—whether you call that spirit, consciousness, or simply your truest nature

  • A sustainable, lifelong practice that supports both your humanity and your divinity

This is yoga as transformation, not performance. It's about coming home to yourself.

TESTIMONIALS

Breathwork usually elicits hard-stop resistance in my body, but Alexi holds space with such sacred presence and rooted wisdom that I was able to soften for the first time. With incredible care and an open heart, Alexi guided me to the other side of deeply frozen grief and fear. I felt a circuit of love pulsing throughout my entire body, freeing me from false stories I’ve created and awakening me to the source of divine healing inside myself.

Alexi has helped me connect with my body in ways I didn’t know was possible. Her work has helped me grow exponentially compared to the more traditional talk-therapy approach I’ve done over the last decade. I’m excited to continue my journey with Alexi, as she’s taught me the importance of the breath physically, mentally, and spiritually. It has improved my success in my sales career immensely. Lexi is a healer, teacher and mentor, and I hope for all of my loved ones to get the opportunity to work with her.
